About INHA:
INHA University is a South Korean higher education institution established in 1954. INHA University conducts research in various fields such as engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, political science, and economics, and is conducting specialized research on lifecycle assessment through a separate research institute called the Center for Convergence Research on Circular Economy.
About INHA's data:
The Inha data was developed to estimate the life cycle environmental impacts of hydrogen technologies in a hydrogen city being built by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport in South Korea. Hydrogen technologies were categorized into hydrogen production, fuel cells, transportation (rail), infrastructure (pipeline), and buildings, and data on these technologies were collected to build a life cycle inventory database.
The inventory data was developed using raw data from a variety of sources, ranging from laboratory scale to commercial operational data, national statistics, mathematical simulations, and open literature.
The inventory data was conducted according to the international standards for LCA ISO 14040/44:2006.
